Baking brownies!!!

 Hi everyone! I’m making All-you-can-want brownies. As I mentioned in my previous post, I love baking. These brownies are so good. The bottom layer is normal brownie, then a dulce de leche and nut layer and then a cheesecake frosting/layer, dusted with cocoa powder for a final touch. I’m going to tell you how to make the cheesecake frosting 🧁. Ingredients: 300g cream cheese or soft cheese 100g caster sugar  2 medium eggs 1 teaspoon almond extract  Zest of 1 orange 🍊 (optional) 1 tablespoon plain flour  Instructions: Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. A little bit about me

Hi all! My last blog was quite brief so I thougt I should tell you a little bit about me. Maybe we are more alike than we thought! The first hobbie I have is baking. I'm back!!!

  Hi everyone! You guys might have seen my last 2 posts. However, I deleted them as I felt I was rushing aead. But now I'm ready. Since we are all in lockdown (if you live in london) this will give me something to do. Post in the comments what you are doing to keep you busy. The school that I go to has been really good in these situations. In assembly today, we were asked what we wanted to do a campaign about. The options were environment, equal rights and something else. I voted all of them but me and my friend want to do something new and original together.
